今天，我们的话题是聊一聊

刚刚过去的“重阳节”

重阳节，早在战国时期就已经形成，

到了唐代被正式定为民间的节日。

此后历朝历代沿袭至今。

重阳与三月初三日“踏春”

皆是家族倾室而出，

重阳这天所有亲人都要一起登高“避灾”。

九九重阳节，感恩老人

那我们今天就来聊一聊“重阳节”的那些事

People usually eat chongyang cakes.climb mountains，drink chrysanthemum（菊花）wine or tea and wear dogwood (zhuyu) on this day. Dogwood and chrysanthemums are believed to have cleansing and protecting qualities.

在这一天，人们通常吃重阳蛋糕、爬山喝菊花（菊花）酒或茶，穿山茱萸。山茱萸和菊花被认为具有清洁和保护作用。

It s said that，during the Eastern Han dynasty，a devil（鬼怪）lived in the Ru River，caused disease among the neighboring people.

据说，东汉时期，汝河有一个魔鬼（鬼怪）生活在汝河里，给周围的人带来疾病。

And the parents of a young man named Heng Jing died because of the devils magic.In order to save people from the devil.Heng Jing found an immortal（神仙l）to teach him the swordsmanship（剑术）to drive away the devil.
